As a creative I've always loved to write, but anything beyond 30 seconds sort of intimidated the art director in me. One of the best ways to remain creative and relevant is to get out of your comfort zone.

So I did.

Last year, I got into a script writing workshop with James Thoo at the Haque Centre of Acting & Creativity (HCAC) and wrote my first long script - a one-act play comedy called WIG WOO U, which was then picked to be staged in Singapore.

.: WIG WOO U • The Story :.

Two advertising creatives are stuck in purgatory and need to sell a campaign to God for a place in Heaven. The problem? God is having her worst day in ages.

.: Concept Illustrations :.

Decided to go beyond the written and staged play and started thinking about shooting or animating WIG WOO U. I worked with Rica, a great Singaporean illustrator, on developing concept illustrations to further define the story’s look and feel and bring the characters to life.
